Dear Parents,

- Acclimatization Phase for First Graders: The acclimatization phase for first graders is over. The OGS opening hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM (office) to 4:00 PM. The core time for OGS children is until 3:00 PM. A proof of early pickup (release request) is required for pickups before 3:00 PM. For other reasons affecting pickup times or authorized pickups, please email the OGS at Diese E-Mail-Adresse ist vor Spambots geschützt! Zur Anzeige muss JavaScript eingeschaltet sein! at least one day in advance (by 12:00 PM). Please call only in emergencies.
- Early Pickups: If picking up before 3:00 PM, please wait at the gate. Please call only if no one is visible on the schoolyard. If the children are playing outside, the OGS staff will also be outside. We ask for your patience. From 3:00 PM, you may enter the premises through the gate we open, pick up your child, or greet them independently on the yard. Please document the pickup in the binder at the entrance and wait for your child. Walking through the school building is not permitted.
- Late Pickups: Late pickups (after 4:00 PM) will be invoiced by our provider.
- Medication: The OGS staff is not authorized to administer medication to children. We can remind children to take their medication, but the intake must be done independently. We also remind children about sunscreen, drinking, etc., during hot weather.
- Daily Skills: Please practice everyday tasks with your children, such as tying shoelaces, opening/closing jackets. It is also crucial to have an up-to-date mobile phone number/emergency number in your child's school bag. Please inform the school and OGS about any changes in mobile numbers, email addresses, or addresses.
- Holiday Care: Our holiday care is available during the first half of the holidays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (except for winter holidays). Children can be brought to OGS until 9:00 AM or use the bus in the morning and afternoon as usual. Registrations for the autumn holidays will be sent to you via email on Friday, September 20, 2024. Please check the Dreikönigenschule website (calendar) for OGS closure dates. You can find our daily meal plans, parent letters, etc., on ogs.dreikoenigenschule.de. Please check there occasionally as well. ?
